Tender platforms:

OpenBrain already analyzes real tenders and documentation

100,000+ tenders collected for analysis
15+ tender platforms connected
AI analysis of technical specifications, cost estimates, and tender documentation
Real industries machinery · electrical products · coatings · fuel · industrial equipment

Today the system can already find relevant tenders and analyze documentation. The next step is automating application preparation and submission.

The problem is not finding the tender

The real problem is processing everything your company could actually bid on

New tenders appear every day. Teams prioritize the largest opportunities first. Smaller but still relevant tenders often remain untouched not because the company does not want to participate, but because the team simply does not have enough time.

01

Analysis takes hours

You need to open the documents, review technical requirements, verify deadlines, qualification criteria, and risks.

02

Documents are assembled manually

Certificates, licenses, technical descriptions, experience records, and templates live across folders and systems.

03

One mistake can kill the bid

A missed requirement, an expired certificate, or one incorrectly filled form can lead to disqualification.

04

More bids usually means more headcount

Without automation, more participation means more manual work and more people.

What if a tender specialist received ready-to-work applications instead of a raw list of tenders?

OpenBrain takes over the repetitive part of the process. The specialist focuses on pricing, risks, and the participation decision.

Not a 100-page summary, but a concrete conclusion

OpenBrain reads tender documentation instead of your specialist

The AI analyzes technical specifications, tender documentation, cost estimates, qualification requirements, deadlines, delivery terms, and certificate requirements. Then it answers four practical questions.

Tender documentation.pdf section 4.2 · page 18

4.2. Quality management system requirements

The supplier must confirm the existence of a valid quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 and covering the production scope of the supplied products.

The certificate must be issued by an accredited body and remain valid on the application date and the expected delivery date.

The warranty period for the supplied equipment must be at least 24 months from the commissioning date.

The application must include a document confirming the manufacturer's authorization to supply the products in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

OpenBrain studies your company’s capabilities, not just search keywords

A regular search answers

"Does the tender contain the word 'pump'?"

OpenBrain answers

"Can your specific company meet the requirements, and what is needed to participate?"

The analysis uses:

Product catalog → Technical parameters → Certificates → Qualification → Experience → Limitations → Bid history

Technical fit

Whether the product catalog contains suitable items.

Qualification

Whether experience, licenses, and other requirements are met.

Documents

What is already available and what is missing.

Risks

What can lead to rejection or make participation commercially unattractive.

One system instead of disconnected actions

From found tender to submission-ready application

01

Find relevant opportunities

OpenBrain tracks new tenders and compares them against your company’s capabilities. Instead of hundreds of listings, the specialist gets a prioritized shortlist.

One tender team. Very different throughput.

Without OpenBrain

  1. Find the opportunity
  2. Download documents
  3. Read the specification
  4. Check requirements
  5. Search for certificates
  6. Fill out forms
  7. Review the package
  8. Submit

Most of the specialist’s time is spent on repetitive operations.

With OpenBrain

  1. Receive a qualified opportunity
  2. Review the AI conclusion
  3. Approve price and risks
  4. Confirm the application

The team spends time on decisions, not on moving information between documents.

OpenBrain is not for every company

It delivers the most value to companies with a steady flow of tenders

30+ potentially relevant tenders per month
1-5 specialists in the tender department

Large product range

Hundreds or thousands of product positions that are difficult to manually map to tender requirements.

Reusable documents

Certificates, licenses, catalogs, experience records, and standard forms that can be reused again and again.

Throughput bottleneck

Some relevant opportunities remain unsubmitted simply because the team does not have enough time.

Strong economics per win

One additional contract can be enough to justify automation.

Not only direct participation · optional module

Sell your products to winners of large tenders

In large construction and industrial projects, your products may be buried inside hundreds of pages of cost estimates and technical documentation.

OpenBrain analyzes large estimates, finds your company’s positions, shows potential demand volume, tracks the tender result, identifies the winner, and transfers the opportunity to the sales team.

Even if your company is not the main bidder, it can still become a supplier to the winning contractor.

Management sees a real participation funnel, not just the number of tenders found

Every tender becomes data for the next decision

Where do we win most often?
Who do we compete with?
How far do competitors discount on price?
Which buyers give us the highest chance of winning?
Why are we rejected?
Which requirements most often become barriers?

Not just a tender archive - a corporate knowledge base for the tender department.

Control, not autopilot

Critical decisions stay with people

Verifiable conclusions

Every AI requirement is linked to the original source in the tender documentation.

Confirmation before submission

Price, participation decision, and legally significant actions are confirmed by the responsible employee.

Access control

The specialist prepares the application. Management monitors the process. Signing rights remain available only to authorized staff.

Company-specific context

Product catalog, documents, and participation history are analyzed in the context of your specific organization.

Frequently asked questions

We already track all tenders

That is only the first step. OpenBrain helps automate the work after discovery: document analysis, fit verification, document matching, and application preparation.

We already have a tender department

OpenBrain was built specifically for active tender teams. Its purpose is not to replace specialists, but to increase the number of opportunities the existing team can process.

We have our own IT developers

You can build tender search internally. But a complete system also requires ongoing source maintenance, multi-format document analysis, a company knowledge base, AI models, bid workflows, and constant adaptation to platform changes.

Can AI be wrong?

Yes. That is why OpenBrain shows the source of every conclusion, while critical decisions still pass through human review.

Does OpenBrain decide whether to participate on its own?

No. The system analyzes data and generates recommendations. The final decision remains with the responsible specialist.

Can we start only with analysis?

Yes. You can start with tender search and AI analysis, then gradually connect documents and application preparation.

How many relevant tenders does your team fail to process in time?

We will take real procurement opportunities from your company and show which parts of the process OpenBrain can automate.

More processed and submitted tenders - without expanding headcount.
